Eigen appoints Adam Eastell as General Counsel

London, UK - Eigen Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Eastell as the company’s General Counsel & Head of Sector - Legal. Adam was formerly a partner at leading law firm Slaughter and May, where he worked on a wide variety of transactions across multiple sectors. He has acted for a number of FTSE 100 companies on a series of high profile M&A and ECM deals. Prior to joining Eigen, Adam was an independent consultant for technology businesses in both the legal and medical sectors. In addition to his role as General Counsel, Adam will head-up Eigen’s legal focused business.
