Supporting our Team, Clients and Partners during the COVID-19 Crisis
In the last few weeks, cities around the world have gone into lockdown to bring the spread of COVID-19 under control. Usually bustling streets, offices and financial hubs lay empty as people stay home to prevent the situation from worsening. These are unbelievable scenes that we couldn’t imagine a mere six weeks ago.
At Eigen, we decided to temporarily close our New York and London offices ahead of the lockdown and ask our team members to work from home to ensure their safety. Our number one priority is the wellbeing of our team, our clients, our partners and our ability to support them through these increasingly difficult times. As a team, we have found ways to work around the challenges that remote working and social distancing bring. And as a tech company, we are working at pace on solutions to problems our clients are now facing.
We are incredibly fortunate to operate in an industry that can adapt relatively well to these new restrictions. Still, like all businesses, the changing needs of our clients, event cancellations and travel constraints are having an impact. We’ve had to pivot on individual plans and reprioritise workloads while adjusting to the new reality of working from home alongside our families and housemates.
As always, our teams are available to provide support to our clients and partners. We are continuing to focus on service delivery and product roadmap deliverables. We are also working with clients to help them extract more, or different, data to supplement their current analysis and risk assessment processes. For example, we’re assisting a client in scaling-up their review of their CLO back book to inform their immediate plans.

If you are already an Eigen client and need assistance, please don’t worry. We are operating usual office hours with all team members set up to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. You can contact us by emailing email@example.com.
