Eigen Technologies Continues Expansion with Appointment of New VP Head of Sales & Account Management

London, UK – Eigen Technologies, the global provider of natural language processing (NLP) technology, has appointed Omar Divina as its new VP Head of Sales & Account Management. Omar joins Eigen from HyperScience, where he was VP Sales & Customer Success. His appointment is the latest part of Eigen’s expansion since the company completed its £13m ($17.5m) Series A funding round in June 2018, co-led by Goldman Sachs PSI and Temasek.

Co-founder and CEO of Eigen Technologies Dr. Lewis Z. Liu said:

“I am absolutely delighted to welcome Omar to Eigen. He brings with him over 20 years of top-tier sales experience in enterprise software at great companies such as HyperScience and Betterworks. Appointing him to lead our Sales & Account Management team shows our ambition for growth with the most demanding clients in financial services, law, and professional services around the world. Eigen has always been a very commercially focused company, which is why we were able to bootstrap through our first three and a half years. Omar is a perfect fit for our commercial approach and I am looking forward to working with him as we continue to grow the company.”

Omar Divina, VP Sales & Account Management, said:

“As a firm believer in the power of technology to unlock the value of qualitative data for organizations, I was immediately impressed by Eigen’s unique approach in building an enterprise-grade solution that is not only use-case and language agnostic, but one that also requires only minimal training in order to classify and extract data from the most complex documents. I couldn’t be more excited to be working with such a great company and such an immensely talented group of individuals. Lewis is an inspiring leader who has built a remarkable organization, and I am honored to be working with him and the team to bring the value of Eigen to companies all over the world.”
