Eigen Technologies Achieves SOC2 Type II Compliance Certification and Five ISO Security Renewals

New York/London – October 10, 2023, Eigen Technologies (Eigen), the global intelligent document processing (IDP) provider and AI company, today announces that it has completed the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 2 Compliance audit. This certification demonstrates that Eigen has met the rigorous security, availability and confidentiality standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). SOC2 compliance is critical for any company that handles sensitive customer data. Achieving compliance validates that Eigen has robust controls in place to protect its systems and data.

In addition, Eigen has also once again successfully renewed all five of its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) security certifications. This is the fourth year that Eigen has renewed all five of its ISO certifications. Eigen remains one of a small number of businesses globally to have both ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.

Eigen’s extensive SOC 2 validation was granted without exceptions of qualified opinions, reflecting the company’s comprehensive security culture. This builds on Eigen’s longstanding industry-leading record in cybersecurity as one of the few firms globally that has five ISO certifications. The audit was conducted by Sensiba, one of the world’s leading cybersecurity and compliance firms.
